This is what you can do in the Apoteket app:

1. Manage all your prescriptions:
In the app, you can easily handle all your prescriptions, whether they're for yourself, your children, your pets, or individuals you have authorized. Once logged in, you can access important details about the high-cost protection, such as the current period, how much you have left until you reach the deductible, and what discount you're entitled to. You can also chat directly in the app if you have questions about medication treatments, the effects of medication, how medications interact, and more.
2. Smart reminders and offers:
Reminders save time and ensure that you don't miss anything important. You'll be reminded when the high-cost period is coming to an end, when you can make new prescription withdrawals, and when it's time to renew a prescription. Make sure to activate push notifications for campaigns and offers so that you don't miss out on any great deals.
3. Grant authorizations and shop on behalf of someone else:
While logged in, you can easily grant digital authorizations with just a few clicks. You can also view and manage your existing authorizations. With an authorization, you can handle all pharmacy transactions on behalf of someone else or let someone else manage your medication-related matters.
4. Shop from our entire range:
The app contains Apoteket's entire range of over 40,000 items, including medication. You'll also find the latest in beauty and health as well as products that make everyday life easier and more affordable. Adding medication to your shopping cart is simple, and if you've already added medication, you can easily add other items with just one click. Searching for products or accessing your favorite list to find your preferred items is easy. We've even made it convenient to scan a product's barcode to go directly to that product.
5. Customized for you:
Log in and have the app customized to your preferences. See your membership, bonuses, favorite products, and personalized offers directly in the app. Receive and manage the notifications you've activated, view current and previous orders, or manage/update your personal information.
6. Renew prescriptions digitally:
Under your prescriptions, you can see which ones are eligible for renewal. Simply click the button and you'll be directed to our partner, Doktor24. You'll remain logged in and identified, allowing you to quickly and conveniently renew your prescriptions.
7. Access digital healthcare:
You can seek healthcare anytime, 24/7. By clicking on "Seek Healthcare," you'll be seamlessly directed to Doktor24. You'll remain logged in and can quickly start your virtual visit.
8. Search, find, and save pharmacies:
Search for pharmacies near you and see the distance to each one. Clicking on "Map" will provide you with directions to your selected pharmacy. You can also search for pharmacies by entering a postal code, city name, or the pharmacy's name. Choose a pharmacy to check the current stock status for different products.
9. Chat with us:
If you have any questions, you can chat with us in addition to emailing or calling. For questions related to personal information, such as prescriptions and payment details, you'll need to verify your identity using BankID or a code.
10. Flexible payment options:
When you shop at Apoteket, you always have the freedom to pay on your own terms. Pay immediately, later, or split the payment. We always have an option that suits you.
